The United Nations has said nearly a thousand people have been killed in Eastern Ukraine since the Minsk Agreement brought about a ceasefire between Kiev and the Pro-Russia forces. The total death toll stands at over 4 thousand since April. Meanwhile, NATO continues to consolidate its presence in Europe, moving east-ward, Washington mulls sending weapons to the government in Kiev, and Russia warns against any NATO expansion and supply of arms to Kiev.
