Dunya news-IHC restricts Pakistanis to travel abroad without polio certificate

Report of International Health Committee on poliovirus suggested continuing screening Pakistanis for poliovirus in the wake of polio eradication whereas people travelling abroad should posses a polio certificate otherwise they would not be permitted to travel.
