11 women have died so far in Bilaspur district of Chhattigarh and around 12 are critical after tubectomy surgeries went horribly wrong in a govt organised sterilisation camp. The tragedy has triggered massive protests with political parties demanding Chief Minister Raman Singh's resignation.
