Pink Floyd release what they say is the band's final album

Could this be the end of the road for Pink Floyd?

The British rock band released their new record on Monday, November 10, after it became the most pre-ordered album of all time on Amazon UK.

But guitarist David Gilmour says this is definitely their swan song.

Entitled 'The Endless River', the album links Pink Floyd's past and present.

It features reworked ambient music from the band's jam sessions in 1993 when Gilmour, drummer Nick Mason and keyboardist Rick Wright last played in a studio together.

In 2008, Wright died of cancer at the age of 65.

His bandmates say the new album is a tribute to him.
