Summer sun in Portugal still blazing in late October

The Portugal weather forecasts promise to extend the summer for a few more days.
In Algarve ( South of Portugal), the air is 28 ºC and the water is at 22ºC, much better than in August.
The beaches are full, primarily with British tourists, looking for a place in the sun.
