A woman swallowed a lizard and when taken to the hospital, doctors refused to help her.
Farwa was sleeping when a household lizard somehow managed to crawl inside her stomach through her mouth.
Suffering from intense stomach pain, she was taken to DHQ hospital by her brother Jahangir. Doctors at DHQ refused to help her. Eventually an eye doctor saw her pitiful state and had compassion on her and wrote her a slip for an ultrasound. On arriving at the ultrasound depratment there was no doctor to be found.
When the ultrasound doctor finally showed up, he too refused to help and resorted to profanity and violence and pushed her out of the room.
Farwa was then taken to a private hospital and her condition is said to be critical.
