Militants triggered a powerful improvised explosive device in Rafiabad in north Kashmir on Thursday (Oct. 16). They mainly targeted military convoy. The explosion damaged a jammer vehicle of the army and two soldiers were critically injured. The IED was planted on road side went off when an army convoy was passing the area.
