#OmarOblivious to ISIS flags in Valley

Despite repeated appearance of ISIS flags in Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has downplayed the presence of the terror outfit in the state. After meeting the Union Home Minister in the Capital, Omar said that the flags could be a mischief. But the question is can the Chief Minister ignore the concerns of the Indian Army and security agencies? Is Omar Abdullah oblivious to the reality on the ground? Sources in the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) are telling TIMES NOW that the possibility of ISIS presence cannot be taken lightly. MHA officials are in touch with the state Government.
