in my opinion, a reading that is higher than -40 is a concern. a reading that is higher than -25 is a heath risk. a reading higher than -10 is definitely a health danger. Every 3 DBm unit is a 100% increase or decrease in radio frequency power, or RF radiation. This scale is not linear.Canada, with its health code 6, unfortunately, allows 10 million times more RF radiation then countries like Austria or Russia.a 3 dBm change is a 100% increase or decrease in RF.  Personally, I do not want to be in an area that has higher than - 44 dBm readings.

Note that the meter has red, yellow, and green lights, as well as a time chart.  Notice that most of the room as in the yellow or red zone, but outside the house is showing green LED light, or safe zone.

I had a client in Steveston who was 3 days away from committing suicide when I tested his home, and showed him what was transmitting, and how the RF with bouncing off his window blinds .  Happily, he is alive and well.
