Mississauga has been MILITANT in its stopping the populace from having fun.
Fireworks bring people together better than anything and we can't light them off except for two days per year and only if you follow a TON of rules.
Designated Fire Works - What I am proposing is designated areas where people can go anytime of the year to see and use fire works at will.
