Bought 2 huge crabs that are surprisingly hard and tough that I need to use hammer to break it.
The hammer is well sterilized but I know I have failed the hygiene standard for doing this on the floor. Well, I just do not want to break the kitchen cupboard.
Anyway, I am determined of breaking the shells to ensure the chilli sauce can sip into the meat of the crab!!! Ooh La La, I love chilli crabs! :P
