Dil Ki Rani is a 1941 romantic film by Mohan Sinha and starring Raj Kapoor, Madhubala and Badri Prasad in lead roles.
Madhav (Raj Kapoor) is a poet. Rajkumari (Madhubala), who is fond of his poems, fell in love with Madhav. Rajkumari publishes some of his poems in her father's newspaper. Meanwhile, Thakur Sangram Singh (Badri Prasad), father of Rajkumari, comes to know about the love affair of his daughter. He considers Madhav unfit for her daughter and forbids Rajkumari to see Madhav again. Seeing his daughter's distraught condition, he tells her to go ahead.
