At their 25th anniverary in 2004 the Hot Antic Jazz Band from France played a concert in a theater in Nimes.
Leader Michel Bastide announces the tune “How Strange”.
Who in dailymotion land has ever heard of this tune. It is a very pleasant melody in minor format, but I could not find the source.
It features clarinetist Bernard Antherieu who halfway in the tune switches to banjo and plays one of the most magnificient banjo solos I ever heard.
Other members of the band are Jean Pierre Dubois bjo, Christian Lefevre tuba, Philippe Raspail clarinet and Martin Seck piano.
