Amethi: Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi accused the Narendra Modi led BJP government at the Centre of forgetting its promises to voters, saying "Prime Minister Narendra Modi is playing the drums in Japan but ignoring crises of water, power and prices" at home. The Congress vice president was speaking to reporters in his constituency Amethi in Uttar Pradesh during his two-day visit to his constituency.
