Gujarat government selects 6 cities for 'Smart City' project, Gandhinagar - Tv9 Gujarati

Gandhinagar: Smart cities is the catchphrase as Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government lays the groundwork for his ambitious program aimed at setting up 100 such urban settlements nationwide. Modi's vision for advanced cities that benefit from the latest technology has finally begun to take shape with the Ministry of Urban Development. As of now, Gujarat government has selected six cities; Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Junagadh and Dwarka for Smart city project.
