World leaders pledge to help Iraq fight ISIL

Thirty countries have pledged to help Iraq in the fight against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) "by any means necessary", as leaders gathered to discuss a strategy against the group.

French President Francois Hollande called for a global response to counter ISIL, as he opened a conference on Iraq, bringing together members of a US-led coalition.
