Home-Made Palak Paneer (Spinach & Cottage Cheese) By Veena

Palak Paneer is one of the most easy-to-cook dishes and is extremely delicious and nutritional. Watch the video to learn how to make it.

Ingredients:

2 bunches of palak (spinach), chopped

250g of paneer (cottage cheese), diced

3 tbsp of vegetable oil

2 medium sized tomatoes grated

1 medium sized onion finely chopped

2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste

1 tsp of coriander powder

¼ tsp of haldi (turmeric powder)

Salt to taste

2-3 green chillies finely chopped

½ tsp of mustard seeds
