What makes this dish special is the addition of oriental sauces and rum during the marination. The chilli sauce and the soya sauce gives the chicken a great colour and a superb flavour. The side of the salad is quick and easy to make and is very light.

Ingredients

300gm sweet chilli sauce

80gm dark soya sauce

Deep fried garlic to taste

Rum to taste



For the salad:

Baby radish

Lettuce

Red cabbage

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt

Black pepper
