In the mood for some lip smacking Indian snacks? How about trying your hands at an authentic Gujarati dish? Delicious and easy to make, the khatta dhokla is a not-to-be-missed recipe!

Ingredients
1 cup Dhokla flour consists of 2 cups raw rice + 1 cup split black gram
1 1/2 cups of sour yogurt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp of fenugreek seeds
2 tbsp of oil
1 tbsp of ginger chilli paste
1 tsp of lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 tsp of fruit salt
1 tbsp of white butter
Red chilli powder and black pepper for garnish
