Batatyacha Kees (Grated Potatoes) By Archana

Potatoes and peanuts may sound like a weird combination but it tastes heavenly and Archana assures you that. Also this dish is consumed a lot during the upvaas days. It is healthy and extremely easy to make.

Ingredients:

2 big potatoes grated
3-4 tbsp ground peanut powder
2 tbsp ghee
Salt to taste
2-3 chillies finely chopped
½ tsp whole jeera (cumin) seeds
