Ladus are everyone's favorite. Made during all kinds of festivals big or small. Generally made with a large quantity of sugar and dry fruits making the ladu very rich and high in calories. Here's a recipe that can satisfy your sweet craving along with providing you nutrition. Made with Mung (green gram) this dish is best suited for children as its healthy and also for the elderly as it is very easy to digest as compared to Semolina ladus or Chickpea Ladus.
Mugachya daliche laadu
Ingredients
1/2 kg mugachya daliche peeth ( green gram flour)
1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
1/4 kg sugar
Cardamom powder to taste
Few cashew nuts
