Devastating floods "worst in a generation" in India and Pakistan

The worst flooding in decades has hit Pakistan and India, with some 300 people reported dead and thousands of villages swept away or under water. Kashmir and Punjab are the worst-hit regions. Large areas of crops have been ruined and rescue services are trying to reach thousands of trapped people.
