Libyan MP asked to form new government

At least 13 people have been killed and 45 wounded in fighting between rival militias in Libya's eastern city of Benghazi. One group has launched a new attempt to take the city's main airport. And Libya's elected parliament has asked the outgoing prime minister to form a new government, just days after he resigned. The outgoing cabinet, operating in Tobruk, has acknowledged it's lost control of Tripoli to powerful militias there. Al Jazeera's Gerald Tan reports.
