FRENCH PAPERS - Tues. 02.09.14: It's back to school time for 12 million schoolchildren in France. This year is quite particular though: there have been lots of changes to the official state school curriculum and a reform of the official timetable. On top of that, the country has a new Education Minister, Najat Vallaud-Belkacem.
