Dunya News - Police, protesters clash again at Constitutional Avenue

Clash between the protesters and police continues at the Constitutional Avenue as the protesters march towards the Prime Minister’s House once again.
Announcement had been made to summon the protesters of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) to gather around Parliament House. Police started shelling and rubber bullets ar being fired at the protesters who are headed towards the Punjab House. Moreover, the police used tear gas that was ineffective on the protesters. The injured protesters are being rushed to the hospital.
Aerial surveillance of the Parliament House is being carried out.
Earlier, the leaders of both Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) had announced that ‘good news’ is on its way and were insistent upon protesting peacefully.
