Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri has said that democracy and law are suspended in the country.
Speaking to the protesters today (Thursday) in Islamabad, Tahirul Qadri said that the underprivileged cannot hope for justice under the current rulers. He alleged that the rulers of Pakistan come with a fake mandate to rule the country. He said that Vice President of PAT was beaten up after being looted. He condemned this incident and also the alleged arrest of 25000 PAT workers. He said that 25000 PAT workers were still missing.
PAT Chief said that those talking of democracy and constitution in the sacred parliament should feel ashamed of themselves. He alleged that except a few people, all members of the Parliament were corrupt.
Dr. Qadri said that 75% of the members remain absent from National Assembly yet they get Traveling Allowance of entire month by bribing the National Assembly staff.
“FIA was unable to prove money-laundering of even one rupee against me”, said Tahirul Qadri.
