As Assembly elections draw closer in Jammu & Kashmir, fresh posters emerge that warn sparpanches. Issued jointly by two terror groups, the posters asked the sarpanches to resign or face dire consequences. The posters also being accompanied by a spike in terror activities in Pulwama district.
