Ancelotti says Real Madrid poised to win Spanish Super Cup

Madrid, Aug 20 (EFE), (Camera: Martín Carrasco).- Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti told a press conference shortly after his team tied Atletico Madrid in the first leg of Spain's Super Cup that if the Whites "repeat today's game" in the second leg on Friday, then Real would win the title.
"I think Atletico Madrid has a small advantage in the second leg because we have to score at the Calderon. We have the ability to score goals at the Calderon and we will try. If we can repeat the game today, we will win the Supercopa," Ancelotti told the post-game press conference early Wednesday following the Tuesday night match.
"The team played well, not with extraordinary pace in the first half but the second half they played very well. We were in control of the match, we pressed up front and the three midfielders played well." Ancelotti said.
"When we scored we had control of the game, we just failed to cover the far post," he said.
