Justice Department to conduct second autopsy of Michael Brown

The Justice Department will conduct a second autopsy on Michael Brown's body.

Attorney General Eric Holder ordered the federal autopsy at the request of Brown's family and because of the extraordinary circumstances involved in the case.

The news comes after the first night of a curfew in Ferguson imposed by Missouri's governor who appeared on CBS' Face the Nation.

SOUNDBITE: MISSOURI GOVERNOR JAY NIXON, SAYING:

"We're hopeful that we're making progress."

One man was shot and seven people were arrested overnight despite the curfew.

Violence reignited this week after local police released video that appears to show Brown stealing cigars from a convenience store minutes before he was shot dead.

SOUNDBITE: MISSOURI GOVERNOR JAY NIXON, SAYING:

"I think the Justice Department also indicated they didn't think it should be released and I think it had an incendiary effect."

For more than a week, police and protesters have clashed over the de
