Kashmir HIghway Expansion Islamabad Project Progress near Islamabad Chowk and Related Traffic Jam

Kashmir HIghway project deadline is over after 31st may and its now 2 months gone over that. Most of construction work on Kashmir Highway is done but the bridge near Islamabad Chowk is underconstruction and also is very slowly being constructed. Plus lots of road work near this bridge also remains. Seems like contractor who had to construct this portion of Highway is super slow other wise lots of other portions and even related bridges are completed.
