Handheld Steadycam gimbal Feiyu from feiyu-tech.com. There is an OEM version from Poise and they call it swiftcam.

Cebu - Philippines - April 2014
The trip was 5 days and we did:
Cebu City - Oslob - Badian - Moalboal - Cebu City
Activities:
Whale shark watching, snorkeling, Diving, swimming, sightseeing
I don't have footage of the diving in Moalboal and Kawasan falls as I crashed my phantom with the Gopro in the sea in Badian.
The last seconds of this video are actually the last seconds of life of the gear. Few seconds later and it's in the water but the video was corrupted therefore it stops about 30sec prior to the drama.
Fortunately I was able to save the memory card but everything else is out of order.
