Nepal landslide kills 8, prompts flood risk

A massive landslide in northeast Nepal has killed at least eight people and injured dozens more.

Officials are warning of possible flash floods in the area after mud blocked the nearby Sunkoshi river.

Soldiers are attempting to break through the dam, with Kathmandu calling on India and China for technical help.

Heavy rain prompted the incident, with dozens of homes buried in the ensuing landslide.
