Airlines suspend flights to Tel Aviv after rocket attack

US aviation authorities and several European airlines are suspending flights to Tel Aviv in Israel after a Hamas rocket reportedly landed near Ben Gurion airport, slightly injuring two people.

Air France is suspending its flights until further notice; Lufthansa for 36 hours. KLM cancelled a flight from Amsterdam on Tuesday. British Airways said it was reviewing the situation.

The three American carriers that fly to Israel – Delta, United and US Airways – all said they were suspending services.
