It's 25 candles for Daniel Radcliffe.

The actor best known for playing the title character in the Harry Potter film series will celebrate his birthday on July 22.

For ten years Radcliffe starred in the film franchise that made him a household name around the world.

Radcliffe appeared in the series until the release of the eighth and final film in 2011.

Since then, the actor has characters in several films far removed from his Potter role, and even bared it all in the stage production of "Equus."

The Brit has made it clear he wants to do varied roles, enjoying the different experiences of working in film and on stage.
