Congress-National Conference broke-up in Jammu & Kashmir ahead of polls. Congress leaders Ghulam Nabi Azad, Ambika Soni and JKPCC president Saif-ud-Din Soz addressed a press conference in which they decided to part ways in Jammu and Kashmir and contest separately the Assembly election due later this year. The coalition government in the State will, however, complete its full term.
