Justin Bieber surprised Selena Gomez last year on her birthday but because of Taylor Swift and other friends, on Selena's 22nd birthday, Justin wouldn't visit her. Post Jelena breakup Justin was still expected to attend her birthday party but now since Selena's friends who do not like Bieber will be present there, Justin has decided to not attend the party.
