STORY: The Duke of Cambridge was in Coventry in the West Midlands of England to promote the 'Centenary Fields' programme by Fields in Trust, a charity of which the Prince is president.
At the War Memorial Park in the city, William got himself involved with various sports events with children, including starting a running race for some young boys and playing tennis on the courts in the park.
The program, which is in partnership with The Royal British Legion, aims to safeguard memorial parks which were set up to commemorate those who died in conflict during World War One as part of the 100 year anniversary since the start of the war.
The prince later unveiled a plaque to the park.
