College girl pickpocket nabbed in Mumbai - Tv9 gujarati

In Mumbai, two college girls were arrested over fake charges of theft by Police. After parallel investigation, it was revealed that one of two girls has past theft record. Accused is arrested while other is released over fake charges of theft.
