Ever since Hrithik Roshan exited Karan Johar's Shuddhi citing health concerns and Kareena Kapoor followed suit, KJo has been frantically scouting for a new lead pair.
Buzz is, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone were the next choice for KJo. Though Karan has never confirmed that he was even in talks with them, the twosome picked Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani, also scheduled for a 2015 Christmas release.
