Union Minister for Women & Child Development, Maneka Gandhi on Monday (July 14) said that juveniles accused of crimes like rape should be treated at par with adult offenders. Meanwhile, National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) Chairperson Kushal Singh and several other NGOs opposed the move.
