Two badly gored in Spain's bull run

In three to five adrenaline-filled minutes, the bulls test revelers quick reactions.

We're in the third day of Pamplona's week-long San Fermen festival - and two men have been gored, one of them American.

Ironically, Chicago-resident Bill Hillmann co-wrote a book called "How to Survive the Running of the Bulls."

Reports say the 32-year-old tripped and fell when a bull gored him in his right thigh.

But regardless of the danger, tourists are full of intrigue for the red-scarved affair:

(SOUNDBITE) (English) TOURIST FROM THE UNITED STATES, PAUL JOHNSON, SAYING:

"There is people all over the ground like, you have to watch out for the bulls but the people too. You got to step over and jump over them. It was awesome though. Definitely one of the coolest things I've ever done."

(SOUNDBITE) (English) TOURIST FROM ENGLAND, CHRIS CAREY, SAYING:

"Very excited, nervous. We saw a bull turn and then it was just run away, run away. That was it."
