Minor girl abducted and then rap-ed in Choonian

Why the Rape Cases are more now than the other Countries,,,,???
this is due to uneducated people who seeing media with "Hawas", and then run for the experiment...!!!
Govt should take action against the raped cases harshly, then this will be break ,,,,???
