Drama (1951) 60 minutes ~ Black & White

Hill Number One uses the Korean War as a backdrop from which to tell the story of Jesus’ resurrection. When a company of soldiers laments their assignment to capture a hill, doubts overtake them. It is left to the Army Chaplain to relate to the men the story of another ‘hill’ where Jesus gave up his life. Taken from a religious TV anthology, Hill Number One not only tells an inspirational tale, but also features James Dean in one of hid earliest roles as ‘John’.
