Textbook Paper Scam behind 'Scarcity of Books' Part 2 - Tv9 Gujarati

On one side, scarcity of text books has sparked off resentment among the students, teachers and guardians while on the other hand,Textbook Paper Scam has been exposed. Failure of mentioning 'Virgin Pulp' in the purchase order created mess and in turn, paper supplier gave 'Non-virgin Pulp'. As low quality of paper damages printer, owner refused to print books which led to dearth of textbooks.
