Reportedly, Volkswagen unveiled the 'Beetle GRC' for the Red Bull Global Rallycross race.
Equipped with aggressive front bumper and a ventilated hood, it was seen flaunting its aerodynamic mirrors, side scoops and a massive rear wing. Other notable highlights include high-performance brakes, an upgraded suspension, and 17-inch alloy wheels with Yokohama tires.
Power to this aggressive Beetle GRC comes from a turbocharged 1.6-liter TSI four-cylinder engine of 544 bhp connected to a six-speed sequential transmission and an all-wheel-drive system. All these aforesaid technicalities enable it to rocket from 0-60 mph (miles per hour) in just 2.1 seconds.
