UKIP's Farage seals EP deal

UKIP leader Nigel Farage has managed to form a group in the European Parliament.
It means his party will gain access to more financing and could be more
influential inside the assembly.
Farage managed to broker a deal with Beppe Grillo’s Five Star Movement.
The eurosceptic European Freedom and Democracy group has 48 MEPs from seven EU countries.
It also include a defector from France’s Front National party.
Joelle Bergeron has been asked to stand down after she called for immigrants to be given the right to vote.
She refused will now sit as an independent.
Her former party’s leader, Marine Le Pen, is still trying to forge her own alliance with Dutch firebrand Geert Wilders.
Le Pen has been in contact with Polish right-winger Janusz Korwin-Mikke over whether his New Right Party would join them.
A parliamentary group must have at least 25 MEPs from at least seven different countries.
The parliament meets again on the 1st of July in Strasbourg, France.
