Cardio Training Level 1
Burning calories and toning is primarily done with cardio. The great thing about cardio is that there is so many different ways of doing cardio and we can always be creative. Today I have prepared a set of training involving the jump rope and trampoline for about 10 minutes. It is designed for beginners but still provide a good punch.
