Paul Abucean - Fleeting (Ion Murgeanu)

Worthier than this day now is its remembrance
Which has already made its ruin-bound mold
And that is how it will have to stay
More than I could recall
Moments and hours I cherish mirrored into the mind
Having melted the precious metal of the self
Nobody is most more than I am
And no one is more thickest or more tightest
Nor can anyone be more shortest than me...
I detest myself as much as I am and expect
No reward or pampering from humbleness
Nor dues from faith
Worthier than herein I am whence I am not
And shall never be better
This moment's shards carrying me nearer
Less and less being more and more fleeting...
