Broadway rolls out the red carpet for the 68th annual Tony Awards.
Stage veterans and newcomers including Gloria Estefan and Sting mingled outside of Radio City Music Hall before heading into the show.
Sting, who will premiere his new musical "The Last Ship" in the fall, talked about the highs and lows of creating a show.

TV star Neil Patrick Harris, who hosted the show last year, went into the night as the favorite to win for his role in "Hedwig and the Angry Inch."
