Girls allegedly raped and hanged in India

They were found hanging from a mango tree near their village in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh
Two cousins, aged 14 and 15 who relatives say were raped and then murdered
They were from the low-caste Dalit community and had gone missing on Thursday evening
(SOUNDBITE) (Hindi) BROTHER OF THE GIRLS, SAYING:
"My sister had gone out around 8.30 to attend to nature's call and were kidnapped by four people who did something wrong with her. One of the accused was a police constable named Sarvesh."
The families say that It was only after angry villagers blocked a nearby highway in protest that police took any notice.
One man's been arrested and four more are being sought.
Police said two officers had been suspended on suspicion of conspiracy.
